Mevaldi B.V. was founded in 2020 with the scope of investigating, selecting and bringing to market new technologies in the field of bio-based chemicals.
Our products are made from sustainable feedstock, using fermented sugars from first, second and third generation feedstock.

Kristel has a background in chemical engineering and management science, and has had diverse management roles in innovation, digital and strategy consulting. She likes realizing things that have not been done before.
Erik Rutten
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Erik is an experienced R&D professional, working previously as manager of large R&D organizations and in corporate venture capital. He is an expert in polymers with a sharp eye for innovations.
